TRS (Total Reduced Sulfur) -

Quantum Analytical Services is certified by SCAQMD for the analysis of H₂S and sulfur compounds using AQMD method 307-91. (See Laboratory Services Item 1 for more.)

HHV (High Heating Value) -

Determination of the chemical composition of fuel gases (refinery, natural, and reformed gases) is very important in calculating the high heating value (HHV). (See Laboratory Services Item 3 for more.)

RULE 1176 (AQMD) -

South Coast Air Quality Management District rule 1176 limits the emission of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) from waste water systems. VOCs are measured as Total non Methane non Ethane Organic Carbon (TNMNEOC) using method 25.1. Quantum Analytical Services, Inc. is fully equipped to analyze TNMNEOC according to method 25.1. VOC are collected in Summa Canisters and brought to the lab for the analysis.

Quantum Analytical Services, Inc. is currently providing analysis of TNMNEOC for compliance with SCAQMD rule 1176 for local refineries. Quantum Analytical Services, Inc. provides Summa Canisters for the collection of VOC.
